World Institute of Scientology Enterprise is a Sea Org "Activity" and front-group for Scientology. Using business management literature by L Ron Hubbard and the same sales methods as the Scientology cult operation, W.I.S.E. actively encourages members to recruit for Scientology. Commissions are paid for recruitment and many W.I.S.E. businesses come under fire for forcing employees to undergo training at Scientology branches.

As victims of Scientology's cult scam are railroaded into working for W.I.S.E. members, W.I.S.E. members are railroaded into employing Scientologists. This has the greater effect of increasing the control the cult has over both parties

Expert Report 2003

Dr Stephen Kent was asked to write a report for use in the case of Kostelny, Kostelny, Eberhardt, Eberhardt & Post (formerly grant) and Post v. C. Aydin Cabi - DDS - INC. A court case concerning illegal termination of employment and discrimination against non-Scientologists as practised by members of Scientology front group - W.I.S.E.

This report is relevant worldwide and perpetually, since W.I.S.E. operates worldwide in an identical manner, and the only person who could re-write their policy has been dead since 1986

The I-20 Animal Medical Center (Mauri Karger) had pressured its employees to attend Scientology courses. Six of them sued with the help of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and got a $150,000 settlement, and the defendants had to agree not to use any "religiously-influenced" training material. Mauri Karger is shown on the WISE 1997 and 1999 lists, and made a $40,000 donation to the IAS "International Association Scientologists
