Education and recreational activities do not exist inside the Sea Organisation; instead children are put to work as an adult performing manual labour and long hours, the remainder of their time being brainwashed.

Affidavit of Tonja C. Burden
Tonja spent her teenage years in Scientology and signed a billion year service contract to enlist in the Sea Org. She writes about the Sea org, the Cadet Org, the EPF and RPF and witnessing people being held in a chain locker on Scientology’s flagship, the Apollo.
Related: A purported plot, which involved an attempt to lure U.S. District Judge Ben Krentzman aboard a boat off the Pinellas Suncoast where prostitutes and drugs were to be used to put the judge in a compromising position, was authorized personally by reclusive Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard

What it's like to be child member in Scientology's Sea Organisation - Astra Woodcraft explains in this detailed statement, which she is quite prepared to go on the record and back up - in court if required.
Astra's parents joined Scientology's Sea Organisation when she was 7 years old, & she was enrolled, while she should have been at school, Scientology had her working on building renovations, lugging rocks etc. She became pregnant at the age of 15 in order to get out, relying on the "Abortion or Leave" rule

Zoe Woodcraft wrote an affidavit through which we learn what it is really like for children raised in the Sea Org.
Zoe was raised by other Sea Org members who were assigned to be nannies. Often these “nannies” were children not much older than she. Zoe was housed far from her parents in sometimes filthy, cockroach-ridden and dilapidated buildings. Her only education was from Scientology “course supervisors” with no educational qualifications other than training in the Scientology method of learning.
For years she was housed at the “Cadet Org” on a remote ranch in California, where the children were completely cut off from the outside world. As Zoe put it, “This ranch was hours away from normal civilization. In the year plus that I lived there we never went into town for a field trip; never went to a movie, shopping or anything. We were totally isolated.”
